This combination of original material for a Lampe Berger requires the collaboration of 14 artisans and 1.2 kg of pewter. Designer: Olivier - Bertrand Caër.

As a physician in private practice in NYC, I highly recommend Lampe Berger to be used by any family or office, for several reasons:

  • It kills up to 85% of airborne bacteria, and this bactericidal effect lasts for up to a day, even after the lamp is put out.
  • It destroys a whole range of odors, including:  cigarette smoke, cooking odors, pet odors, paint fumes, molds, and many other forms of household and office pollution.
  • it was developed in 1898 by a fellow pharmaceutical chemist in France, initially for the use in the hospitals, and as such, is a no-nonsense patented air-purifying product which stood the test of time.
  • it provides a sophisticated aromatherapy experience, which as we know from research, improves one's mood, memory, and immune function.
  • It is much safer than aromatherapy candles
  • it's a collectible work of art
