What's Longevity Boutique's return policy?
We at Longevity Boutique strive very hard to provide you with the utmost quality in getting your purchase to you with care and efficiency. In order to return a product you must first call us at 212-580-0900 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns may be made for store credit only and are processed within 5-7 calendar days after they are received. For an item to be eligible for a store credit it must be received within 30 calendar days of the original ship date. Store credits are issued in the form of a virtual gift card sent to the email address you placed your order with. Shipping costs are not refundable. All items must be undamaged in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Your original order invoice must be included with your return. International duties are not refundable.
